i’m Mac OSX user and i tell you this is carbon copy features!
you can find something similar to Spotlight in vista (copy!)
you can find Gadget in vista (in OSX it’s Widget, Shame carbon copy!)

Dear Hadi, did u see the video or u just saying these things based on the topic, I agree with you it is almost a copy from mac os.
